Facilitator Training Programs
Follow your passion for the practice of yoga as you learn more about yourself while you prepare to teach others.
Do you want to lead a yoga class or dive deep into your internal and external practice? Or, do you want to share your deeper practice with others?
We have a training for you!
BMR's underlying philosophy is based on a yoga therapy paradigm merging biopsychosocial-spiritual methodologies with Krishnamacharya's Vinyasa Krama, Pantanjali's 8 Limb Path, Trauma-Conscious Yoga and influenced by the work of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, BKS Iyengar, and Carolyn Myss. BMR's protocols are based on functional body mechanics, anatomy & physiology, kinesiology, neuroscience, and the physical and mental manifestations of trauma on the bodymind.
Authenticity, Communication, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity and Passion
The six pillars for learning. All trainings are designed to expand and challenge your self-awareness on multiple levels - knowledge, practical application, your state of being and self-regulation.
Certification programs are based on the philosophy that you "Teach What You Practice" which requires your authentic self to show up. While a yoga teacher training is not labeled personal growth and development, your self-awareness is developing and growing, which is the foundation of an effective and successful teacher or facilitator.
So, if you are ready to go deep inside your bodymind with commitment and curiosity and if you are open to learning about yourself and this practice, you only have to decide where to start - leading a yoga class or leading a student in their own growth and awareness.
We are here to help you on this journey and we can create a custom training plan that fits your intentions and schedule.
